Working closely with design teams, we advise on how elements of a development can be designed to fulfil criteria, and how this can be easily evidenced. Where credits are intrinsically linked – energy, overheating and daylight, for example – we draw up solutions workable for each element of a build. We then work with architects, engineers and others throughout, setting appropriate deadlines and providing templates for evidence collection.
